Delivery information

UK Delivery

FREE Delivery in the UK is eligible for orders over £50. Royal Mail postage fees £3.95 will be applied to the most of orders under £50 for First Class delivery service.

European and International Delivery

Orders to EEA and International countries will be delivered by DHL express delivery service. Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and destination country. You will be required to sign it upon delivery. Tracking details will be provided after your order is dispatched. Additional import tariff and the Custom fees may apply.

Lead Times

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day.

Normal postal lead times are:
UK 1-3 working days,
Europe 3-5 working days,
Worldwide 5-7 working days


Please note that during peak times, such as Christmas, delivery times may be longer. Please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always keep you informed about any delay that we are aware of.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

If you'd like to amend or cancel a recently placed order please contact our Customer Service Team on 01763 243554. We are all happy to help you.

Amendments to an order can be made right up until the point we despatch the order but once an order has been despatched we cannot amend or cancel it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received an order that contains damaged goods or is missing an item, please get in touch within 14 days (or 7 days for shortfalls) so that we can rectify the situation.

The quickest way to resolve the problem is by telephoning us on 01763 243554. You can also send an email to admin@ajludlow.co.uk

We will replace missing or damaged products without further charge and do everything we can to put it right for you as quickly as possible.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you've ordered an item that turns out to be unsuitable, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to let us know. We are happy to refund unused goods that have been returned to us in original, re-sellable condition. We will refund the item in full after deducting the fees Bank/Paypal charge us when we receive it back at our warehouse. You will need to cover the return postage yourself.

Please note we will not refund the postage for unwanted items that have been returned.
