Product Details
Suitable for making masks to preserve the white of the watercolour paper during watercolour painting.
How to use:
Step 1: Print or draw the design on the untreated side of the release liner;
Step 2: Cover the silicone treated side with masking tape, carefully overlapping each strip by approximately 10mm;
Step 3: Cut out the design;
Step 4: Remove the release liner and apply the masking tape mask to the watercolour paper. Once the painting around the mask is finished, allow it to dry completely before peeling off the mask.
Top tip: Not all watercolour paper or masking tape is suitable, check that the paper is robust enough to allow removal of the mask without damage to its surface and that the masking tape used, prevents bleed and leaves a crisp painted edge.
